Personal information you provide to us. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us, submit forms, or sign up for communications. This may include your name and email address.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we automatically collect certain information via cookies and similar technologies, such as IP address, device type, browser type, pages viewed, and referring/exit pages. This is primarily for analytics, security, and advertising (see Sections 4 and 14).

2. How do we use your information?

We process your information to operate, maintain, and improve the Website and Services, including:

  • Providing content and responding to enquiries.
  • Analytics to understand usage and improve our content and user experience.
  • Security, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
  • Communications you opt into (e.g., newsletters).

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR/EU GDPR include legitimate interests, consent (where required, e.g., for non-essential cookies), contract (if applicable), and legal obligation.

3. Will your information be shared with anyone?

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only when necessary to:

  • Comply with law, court order, or legal process.
  • Work with service providers who help us run the Website (e.g., hosting, analytics, advertising). These providers only process data on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.
  • Protect our rights, security, users, or the public.
  • Complete a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition).

4. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

5. Google Services (e.g., Google AdSense, Maps)

Google AdSense. We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google may use cookies and/or device identifiers to serve personalised or non-personalised ads based on your visits to this and/or other websites. Users in the UK/EEA will see a consent prompt for personalised ads; where consent is not given, Google will serve non-personalised ads using contextual information.

Google Maps (if embedded). If we embed Google Maps, it is subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy. Using such features may allow Google to collect your IP address and device/browser data.

6. What is our stance on third-party websites?

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services (including affiliate links). We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third parties. Review their policies before providing personal information.

7. How long do we keep your information?

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law. When no longer needed, we will delete or anonymise the data. Backup archives may persist for a limited time and are isolated from further processing until deletion is possible.

8. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can delete it.

9. Your privacy rights (UK/EEA)

10. Controls for Do-Not-Track (DNT) features

There is no industry standard for responding to DNT signals. We do not currently respond to DNT. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this Policy.

  • Non-personalised ads: ads served using contextual information (e.g., page content, coarse location).

You can manage your ad settings or opt out of personalised advertising using:

To comply with UK/EU law, we display a consent banner for cookies and ad personalisation. If you decline personalisation, Google serves non-personalised ads and still uses cookies for limited purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and combating fraud/abuse.
